If you're still attending a design school, there are a lot graphic artist design contest's; that offer free scholarships for graphic designers. Some colleges even offer awards upon graduation, these type of awards are great resume builders for graphic designers. Following all of these tips here will help you become an award winning graphic designer, but the best tip of all that I can give you, is to remember to never be afraid to be unique and always have an outside of the box mentality
